1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the hb77 platform (hb77.onl), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with hb77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and hb77 (the Platform Operator).

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hb77 platform and close your account if you have already registered. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the hb77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. hb77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during your account's life.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or player protection order that would restrict your ability to engage in online gaming.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on hb77. Opening multiple accounts (whether using different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers) is prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All of the following obligations apply to your hb77 account at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity carried out on your account — whether by you or by any other person who accessed your account using your credentials — is your sole responsibility.
• hb77 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including prior to processing a withdrawal. You must provide requested documents promptly. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.

• Your registered mobile number and payment methods must be in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hb77 are processed through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. hb77 reserves the right to add, modify or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. hb77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party fees levied by payment providers (e.g. bKash service charges) are the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. hb77 processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes on average for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• hb77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hb77 is not responsible for exchange rate losses where a player's mobile wallet or bank account operates in a different currency.
• Deposits made using funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or third-party means will result in immediate account suspension. Any winnings derived from such deposits are void and will not be paid out.

hb77 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to all accounts. We are required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities where legally mandated. Players should retain records of their deposit and withdrawal transactions for a minimum of 12 months.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

hb77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, and to the general bonus conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance not wagered through to completion by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One welcome bonus per player. A player may not claim a welcome bonus using multiple accounts or following a prior account closure and re-registration.
• hb77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, including in cases where hb77 reasonably suspects abuse or exploitation of a promotional offer.
• Free spin bonuses are valid only on the specific game or games stated in the promotion. Free spin winnings may be subject to a maximum conversion cap, which will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on hb77 are supplied by independently audited third-party providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. hb77 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so.

• In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction or connectivity disruption during a game round, hb77 will apply the relevant provider's malfunction void policy. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction event will typically be voided and stakes returned.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the long-term statistical return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in an individual session. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds.
• Sports betting markets and odds are set by hb77's third-party sportsbook provider. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet placement. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are binding.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it applies.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no deposits or gameplay will be permitted.
• Reality Check: Players may enable a session timer that displays elapsed play time at set intervals, prompting the player to review their gaming activity and take a break if desired.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Where hb77 identifies or reasonably suspects any of the following, hb77 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account(s), void associated bets and winnings, and report the activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or manipulate any aspect of the platform without prior written permission from hb77.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, display glitches or undocumented platform behaviour (commonly referred to as 'exploiting bugs') to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate the outcome of games or sporting events offered on the Platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity. hb77 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units where legally required.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing a self-exclusion order, or evading a previously imposed account restriction.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

hb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. The following non-exhaustive circumstances may result in account suspension or closure.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request or where hb77 has a legal obligation to verify identity.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, payment fraud, or any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including a self-exclusion request. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of active bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hb77 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to hb77 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit or exploit any content from the hb77 platform without prior written consent from hb77. Unauthorised use of hb77's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hb77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage. hb77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

hb77 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hb77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party provider outages beyond hb77's reasonable control.

12 Amendments to These Terms

hb77 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, hb77 will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law or to protect the platform from fraud or security threats.

Your continued use of the hb77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amended Terms take effect and all bets placed and transactions made prior to closure will still be governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time.
